Members of the Class of 2025 Already Accepted to Over 70 Colleges
As of mid-January, members of the Class of 2025 have already been accepted into over 70 colleges and universities around the country. The list of acceptances include New England schools such as Harvard University, Williams College, Northeastern University, and Colby College as well as the University of Virginia, Clemson University, Tulane University, and Vassar College, among many others.
“PCD College Counseling strives to help students find their best academic, social and financial fit,” said Director of College Counseling Ann Infante. "It is rewarding to see students engage authentically in the process and reap the benefits of their hard work. At PCD, we celebrate each and every successful ‘match’ our students make!”
“I felt a huge sense of relief once I got my first acceptance letters, but I was still anxious over the impending decision from my first choice, the University of Virginia,” said Kat F. ’25. “Upon seeing the confetti and UVA banners shower down on my screen as I opened my acceptance letter, I knew all the hard work and effort I put into my college applications was well worth it. PCD has an incredible support system that helps all students succeed in finding the right college for them.”
"Throughout the college admissions process, Ms. Infante has been a tremendous help. I didn’t feel stressed at all because everything had been laid out for me in great detail and I was able to stay on top of all my applications at all times,” said Zeke D. ’25, who met with Ms. Infante last summer to begin work on his applications. “Getting accepted into Fordham University, my Early Decision college, felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. Without Ms. Infante, it would’ve been much harder, and I’m forever grateful for all the help she gave."
Cesar G. ’25, whose college acceptances include Harvard University, agreed that PCD’s College Counseling program made the application process easier going into senior year. “The college process is very fast paced and stressful but with the help of Ms. Infante, I was able to tackle it to the best of my ability, and I came into my senior year prepared and organized. Now as I hear back from my Early Action applications, I am very thankful and appreciative for all the help I have received.”
Congratulations to all the seniors on their acceptances so far! Here’s the complete list:
