Lower School Raises Over $4500 for The Hotel for Homeless Dogs Humane Society!
In March, the Lower School raised funds to support the Hotel for Homeless Dogs Humane Society. Each class was challenged to collect as much spare change as possible, with the winning class receiving a Puppy Pizza Party. In total, the school raised over $4500 for the shelter.
In early May, the winning grade, Ms. Noriega's fourth grade class, celebrated their success with a Puppy Pizza Party. They also had some special visitors - two 10-week-old puppies from the Hotel for Homeless Dogs! The fourth grade credits much of their success in the fundraiser to a lemonade stand run by two of their classmates.
